'The house was a fixer upper when we bought the real', says Gary Richmond, recalling the 10 years ago when he along with also his wife Elaine Walker first moved into their home. A derelict swimming pool from the garden was an unusual discovery in a property the city center, nevertheless which was in a pretty sorry when the couple finally got around to renewing which a couple of years' later.
